BIM
Information Modeling (BIM) — is a process that includes the creation and management of digital representations of the physical and functional characteristics of objects. The Information Model (BIM) virtually displays the entire life cycle of an object: from a conceptual design and further through working drawings, construction and operation to its dismantling.
In the case of using BIM, the Customer and all project participants receive an end-to-end exchange of information from the idea of creating an object to the development of a complete project, monitoring of construction with obtaining relevant information by the time the object is put into operation, monitoring of parameters during operation, and even during reconstruction or decommissioning of an object . The information model of the object exists throughout its entire life cycle and is filled with data as work is carried out on this object.
